Rentop, in cooperation with our long-term partner Sven Jinert AB – one of the leading companies in the Swedish crane industry – is looking for experienced mobile and crawler crane operators for projects across Sweden.
Sven Jinert AB is our trusted partner in projects within the wind energy and industrial sectors. Due to the continued development of our cooperation and a growing number of projects, we are currently looking for crane operators across several lifting-capacity categories.
We are looking for crane operators experienced with:
130t–800t tonne cranes and larger units, depending on experience and qualifications.
The work mainly includes:
wind turbine service and maintenance,
crane operations on wind farms,
industrial projects,
assembly and dismantling works,
specialised lifting operations.
We are looking for operators interested in stable, long-term cooperation on international projects.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
The hourly rate is agreed individually and depends on:
the operator’s experience,
qualifications and licences,
crane categories and lifting capacities operated,
experience in wind energy and industrial projects.
High number of working hours
Depending on the type of project:
wind farm projects – usually around 60 hours per week,
industrial projects – usually around 55 hours per week.
Accommodation provided by the client
The operator does not cover accommodation costs.
We provide:
hotel accommodation, or
an apartment with access to a kitchen,
depending on the project location.
Transport
Rentop provides a company vehicle for the duration of the project.
If fuel costs are incurred, they are reimbursed by the company on a weekly basis.
Rotation
Our most common rotation system is:
4 weeks on / 2 weeks off
However, we are open to discussing other rotation arrangements depending on the project and the operator’s availability.
Start
Immediate start.
Duration of cooperation
Current projects are scheduled to run until the end of the year, with the possibility of extending the cooperation and moving on to further projects delivered by Rentop and our partners.
Our goal is not to recruit operators for one project only. We are looking for professionals with whom we can build long-term cooperation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We expect candidates to have:
a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a crane operator,
experience operating mobile and/or crawler cranes,
experience with cranes with lifting capacities of approximately 130 to 800 tonnes or more,
valid crane operator qualifications/licences,
a valid Category B driving licence,
a valid Category C driving licence,
valid medical examinations,
the ability to obtain or already hold a valid A1 certificate applicable within the European Union,
a working knowledge of English sufficient for safe communication on site.
Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
Wind energy projects – GWO
For some projects in the wind energy sector, valid GWO certificates are required.
If you do not currently hold GWO certification, we still encourage you to contact us.
We also have industrial projects where GWO certificates are not required.

Working on large-scale lifting operations requires a high level of responsibility.
We are looking for people who:
follow all HSE rules and site procedures,
take full responsibility for the equipment entrusted to them,
are able to work independently,
cooperate well with the team,
are punctual and reliable,
understand the standards required on international projects,
treat safety as an absolute priority.
